Controlled and silent, SurgeBreaker sees her mission as one of order: to stifle, neutralize, and absorb whatever chaos threatens the balance she maintains.

Role in the Story

SurgeBreaker’s opposite number is Kuma Kurrent, whose restless electrical energy she was, in effect, built to contain. In Lore of Terra, every villain is someone else’s hero — SurgeBreaker isn’t chaos for its own sake; she’s the answer to a storm she never asked to be responsible for.
